Hot Sauce

Introduction
I am going to see which hot sauce is the hottest. I want to know because I want to eat the sauce.


Problem
What kind of hot sauce is the hottest?



Background Information
Most hot sauce has red peppers, salt, vinegar, garlic powder.



Hypothesis
I predict A. would be the hottest.



Materials
  1. Franks Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Kroger Wing Sauce Mild, Cholula Hot Sauce, Mc. Ilhenny Co. Tabasco.
  2. I need 12 testers.
  3. Small cups & crackers.

Procedure
1. Gather all materials
2. test
3. Anilines material.


Variables
  • Independent (What you are testing?)
  • Dependent (Measured results)
  • Controlled (What remained the same)

Results
D. seems to be the hottest.
My Hypothesis was wrong.
Conclusion
My hypothesis was wrong people think that B. is the hottest. Because (explain the results)…………

Possible Applications
So I know what hot sauce is the hottest.
And also for people that don’t want really hot sauce so they know witch one to use.

Further Research
Red peppers are grown in South America.
They prefer warm temperature and native land.


Possible Causes of Error
Seeing the hot sauces when I was sitting up.
